OnTune^TM technology has application over a very wide range of products, where its unique combination of properties opens up a new design space. Broadly the benefits lie within the following two categories:

Efficiency

A low loss antenna may now be substituted into the product without detrimental consequences. This leads an improvement in power efficiency and/or range.

Tolerance to Variation

A large degree of variation may be tolerated between products at manufacture or as a consequence of environmental influences (detuning). As such the product may be more robust or cheaper to manufacture.
